BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

We understand that there may be times when you need to change your appointment. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice so that we can refill the slot, if the notice is less than 24 hours we will still have to charge you the cost of the appointment. You can cancel and rebook your appointment by contacting us via email or phone.

No you do not need a referral into our clinic, our team are trained to assess and treat you independently. If we need to contact your GP about your treatment then you will be notified of this in advance.

We recommend wearing clothes that you feel comfortable in and that provide easy access to the area of the body that is being treated. For example if your knee is being treated wearing shorts would be beneficial.

Most people will pay at the end of their appointment by card. You can also pay in advance of the appointment by logging in to our online Client Portal. You can do this by clicking here.

Whilst our services are not covered by health insurance they are designed to offer you value as you invest in your health and wellbeing.
