ACUPUNCTURE SERVICES

RELIEVE YOUR PAIN AND PROMOTE HEALING WITH OUT MEDICAL ACUPUNCTURE AND DRY NEEDLING SERVICES IN SOUTHAMPTON AND TWYFORD, WINCHESTER

At Choose Health, we provide medical acupuncture and dry needling. This is an evidence-based approach used to treat pain and a range of other health conditions. Unlike traditional Chinese acupuncture, medical acupuncture and dry needling are grounded in modern scientific principles and research. Our treatments are tailored to your needs, helping you manage pain, reduce tension, and promote healing.

Both medical acupuncture and dry needling use fine needles inserted into the skin and soft tissues. Your therapist will identify the acupuncture points that will give you the most benefit. Dry Needling inserts the needles into myofascial trigger points (knots within muscles), which cause your tension and pain to reduce.

Periodically throughout your session, the needles will be stimulated by movement, which will cause tension relief.
