2. Booking Policy​

How to Book To book an appointment go to our website: www.choosehealth.uk/book-now > Select Location > Book Appointment > Select the service you require > select the date and time of appointment > fill in Registration information > Enter verification code > Book Now

To create an online account, book, and attend services, you must be over the age of 18. Clients aged 16-18 require parental consent, which must be confirmed in writing. Those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the appointment

3. Payment Terms​

Payment Methods: We accept payment through our online booking system or by card (credit or debit card) at the clinic.

Prepayment: Prepayment is optional through our online client portal, but full payment must be made at the end of each appointment session.

Price Changes: Service prices are subject to change without notice but bookings made prior to a price change will be honoured at the original rate.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy​

Cancellation Window: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice before the start time of the appointment.

Cancellation Fees: If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, the full cost of the appointment will be charged.

How to Cancel/Reschedule: You can cancel or reschedule an appointment through our online portal. To do this, login to the online portal and click ‘My Appointments’, then click red arrow in the top right-hand corner of the appointment you wish to cancel / reschedule. To book another appointment, click Book appointment and continue as stated in Booking Policy above.

5. Late Arrival Policy

Grace Period: If you arrive up to 10 minutes late, your appointment will continue, but the session will be shortened to finish at the originally scheduled time.

Missed Appointments: If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late or fail to attend your appointment without notice, you will forfeit the session and be charged the full amount.

6. Refund Policy​

Refund Eligibility: Full refunds will be provided if the clinic cancels an appointment.

Non-Refundable Fees: Fees are non-refundable if the client fails to comply with the cancellation or late arrival policy.

7. Health and Safety

Health Declaration: By attending the clinic you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit for the services booked.

Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to inform the clinic of any relevant health conditions before attending an appointment via the client intake form. If your health or medication changes during the course of treatment, it is your responsibility to inform both the clinic and your practitioner.

Results and Limitation of Liability: Results from services may vary, and outcomes are not guaranteed. The clinic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the online booking system.

Certain treatments, such as acupuncture, may not be suitable for individuals with specific health conditions, and it is the client’s responsibility to seek appropriate medical advice before booking. Where possible we will suggest an alternative treatment option. The clinic is not liable for any adverse effects or complications that arise from treatments where pre-existing conditions were not disclosed.

11. Amendments to Terms

Changes to Policy: The clinic reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time and that clients will be notified of significant changes via email or on our website.

Client Agreement: By using the online booking system, clients agree to the terms and conditions outlined.

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
